Aircraft Management

Owning an aircraft should feel like flying, not like running an airline. Our management desk carries the operational load so ownership stays a pleasure.

What we offer

Aircraft management exists because ownership carries a second job most owners never wanted: crewing, scheduling, maintenance tracking, hangarage, and a paper trail that has to hold up to scrutiny. JULY takes on that operational load directly, coordinating qualified providers for maintenance, keeping crew training current, and building a calendar that has the aircraft ready when you need it rather than when it happens to be free.

Owners who wish to offset the cost of ownership can place their aircraft for charter with vetted JULY clients, on their own calendar and their own terms. The choice is entirely optional, and nothing moves without the owner's sign off.

How we deliver it

Management begins with a private conversation about how you actually use the aircraft: how often, on what notice, and with what tolerance for it flying for others. From there we build the crewing and maintenance calendar around your pattern of use, coordinate every inspection through qualified providers, and send reporting you can genuinely read, what flew, what it cost, and what is scheduled next. Questions go to one desk, not a rotating cast of vendors.

Who it is for

This service suits owners who bought an aircraft for the freedom of it and have since discovered the administration that comes attached: the owner who flies a handful of times a month and wants the aircraft simply ready, the owner weighing whether occasional charter placement makes sense, and anyone who would rather approve decisions than chase them down personally.

Why JULY

Because management, charter, and sales sit inside the same desk, an aircraft under JULY management is never managed in isolation. The same standards that vet a charter operator for a client apply to your maintenance providers and your crew, and if the day comes to place the aircraft for sale, the team that knows its full history is the team that presents it.
