Brokers, coordinators, and cabin crew sit under one roof alongside our management and sales teams, so the people who arrange a charter and the people who deliver it collaborate daily rather than hand a client off between companies.

Charter Broker
Own client relationships from first inquiry to wheels up, sourcing the right aircraft from licensed operators, presenting options in plain language, and negotiating on the client's side only. Aviation industry knowledge and a genuine service mindset matter more than a script.
Flight Coordinator
Coordinate the operational details behind every charter: crew scheduling, catering, ground transport, and permissions across jurisdictions, so nothing is left to chance between a confirmed booking and departure day.
Cabin Crew
Deliver the in flight experience that defines a JULY charter: attentive, warm, and precise service in the cabin, with the judgment to anticipate what a guest needs before they ask. Prior cabin crew or high end hospitality experience preferred.
